If I could do half stars, I'd rate these a 4.5 but I think too highly of this candy to round down to 4 stars. I'll start with the cons cuz it's a shorter and more nitpicky list: the color is much more green than blue and the flavor isn't quite blue raspberry. Also "super sour" is a little generous. There's tanginess for sure, but they aren't quite as sour as Sour Patch Kids for example. Not that there's no sourness, but as a huge sour candy lover, it's a slight downgrade from regular unhealthy sour candies and CERTAINLY moreso than any candies labeled "super sour".Now for the pros: DELICIOUS candy. I was expecting there to be some sort of "healthy" after taste or synthetic flavor - not at all!! (Aside from not being as sour) these taste almost exactly like Sour Patch Kids. Same gummy texture as well. I had done a decent bit of research before purchasing and had seen all the highly positive reviews but still had my reservations about a sugar free, fat free candy actually still tasting like regular candy. Genuinely surprised how good these are. Totally exceeded my expectations. I'm also a type 2 diabetic and my skepticism also had me prepared to see huge sugar spikes after eating these, but yet again I'm happy to be wrong. I had a pack last night after work having not eaten anything in 4+ hours and there was definitely still a spike (18 points) an hour later, but glucose levels returned to normal after another hour as they do with most foods I eat. Similar results again this morning, having a pack 1 hour after eating breakfast.I'll double check with my nutritionist and update my review as needed and part of me feels like with how amazing this candy tastes, there'll be one of those "you are entitled to compensation" commercials 10 years down the road, but for now I would highly recommend these to anybody. Fresh, tasty, high fiber, no fat or sugar, guilt free snacking.

These are my favorite candy right now , very low sugar and high fiber, making my weight loss easy with curbing my sweet tooth! They taste great and are soft gummies!All though pricy , these are so worth the money, even got my Mother hooked on them !!

A delicious snack that scratches the candy craving! I got the watermelon flavor and I really like it! I wish they had a larger bag at a discounted price but other than that I have absolutely no complaints. And that's not really a complaint because the price isn't really that bad considering it's so dang healthy. I believe there are about 18 pieces in each bag.It says the whole bag is only 70 calories , it also havs 26g of dietary fiber which is pretty amazing, and there's just no way I would eat this whole bag in one sitting , well I probably could but I won't.😉It really looks like there's nothing really bad in these and the flavor and sweet tartness is really good! I highly recommend!

I'm diabetic and have been trying to do better with watching my sugar intake. And of course, I have a sweet tooth. So when I saw these gummies, I wanted to give them a try. And it didn't hurt that they were on sale at the time.The gummies are actually pretty good. I thought they were soft, but didn't get stuck in my teeth, which is always a positive when it comes to gummies. They are fresh and I loved the variety of flavors. I found that they didn't spike my blood sugar, which was also a plus. Honestly, the only downside is that the box only has 6 single serving packs and the box isn't exactly cheap. I mean, roughly $3.00 per serving in a bit steep for a small snack. But I can totally see myself getting the variety pack again, I just might wait for another sale.

I love Shameless snacks. They are a bit pricey, but everything is, when it comes to low sugar treats. They are the only brand that has a non-alcohol sugar that is good, and does not upset my stomach.Some new flavors...tried the new variety bundle.Chili Mango fire, did sound interesting.The package arrived, my husband was home, and my adult daughter was present.I joyfully handed them out for all to try, including myself.I order all of the sour flavors. If they are too sour, I wait for the sweet candy beneath the sour coating. So...even if too sour, I know there is a wonderful treat insideSo...we all tried the Chili Manfi candy. My husband and my adult daughter both spit their's out. I kept on waiting for the very spicy, burn my tongue chili flavor to subside, and get to the coated candy to get to the expected sweet candy.Oops...it continues to stay burning tongue spicy, through and through. Never a sweet candy undernieth.We will take the remainder of this flavor, and put them in a bag with other items to go to the food pantry.Hopefully, some may have a taste for these, but nobody in my family did.The "burning tongue" issue, stayes for a few minutes.I will continue to buy Shameless snacks, as they are the best tasting, in general, healthy, chewy snacks that are not hard on my stomach. I also cannot have anything that spikes my blood pressure, and these do not.However, I will carefully make sure that the Chile Mango Gire candies are not included in the bundle.

These are all delicious! I can't believe there are 28 grams of fiber. It is a great snack when you are trying to eat healthy and not be tempted to have candy.

These are a repeat purchase for me! I don’t feel as guilty enjoying these. They taste really true to flavor it’s a bold taste. They are just like regular gummies but better. The variety box is a great way to try all the flavors. One thing I wish was different is I wish there was more in each bag.

The quality and flavor are very good. The portion size was the most surprising, a good amount for the calories and sugar etc. The sour flavors are not sour, at all. Overall I would recommend and would purchase again.
