My bagels did not stick to the parchment at all, and the paper held up beautifully at both 375ยฐF and 400ยฐF without burning. Really non-stick
I've bought many different parchment paper sheets. Some were cheap, some expensive. But only this one doesn't stick at all. Used it in airfryer, oven, for rolling cookie dought between sheets. Never disappoint
