DreamGYM Doorway Swing Support Bar - Pull-Up Bar - Indoor Swing or Yoga Swing

I bought this swing bar to hold a hammock swing in a doorway for my 4 year old granddaughter. It is a strong and sturdy swing bar. I love that the brackets make the swing bar removable as the only doorway that was properly sized to hold the brackets is my kitchen doorway. My granddaughter loves her swing and said," This is my spot." I love that the swing bar is very strong and secure in the brackets.

Very easy to install. Perfect support for my child, very secure. Comes with very nice quality straps and hooks. I feel very at ease knowing my daughter is on this support bar. I know she will be safe.

It has been a few years ago that I bought one of these so my grandson could have a swim inside. One of the best things I have ever done.

Its a sturdy bar. Read the appropriate door measurements first and double check your door frame. My doorway was half an inch short on one sidd. So I had to get help to remove a small section of the doorframe that seals the door closed to get it to fit. Also used some longer #9 screws for more support because the orginal seemed small. After some work we got it to fit. Now...if you're using this for a yoga trapeze (brand Yoga4you)..even if its 2.5 inches from the top, the swing is still too low..you kinda hover over the floor. I'm 5'10" but i make it work, I know getting the other bars is scary since they're held up with nothing but tension, which is actually not advisied for a yoga trapeze.

It makes a loud clunking noise the more it gets used. There are little locks you can flip to supposedly hold the bar into place. One side works and the other just spins or might work for a few minutes and then wiggle loose again. I think I'd feel safer about it if the screw used to drill this into the door-frame was longer... I can't get over the feeling that it's just going to pop out, but so far so good with my 3 kids ages 3-11 on it daily with their indoor swing (as they swing is when it clunks - quiet one way - loud clunk the other way, if that makes sense)

This kit is quite sturdy, but unfortunately way too noisy for my house. When my kids were swinging it, the sides were rattling. Their keepers and the pipe would make a moaning sound as the swing went front to back. My office is upstairs from this swing and I could hear it through the walls. It was not going to work. For some reason when the girls would swing, it would rattle in the keepers, no matter if I have the lock tabs down up or otherwise. Hopefully other people might have different experiences with this. I tried remounting and releveling, but that did not solve the issue. As for being very sturdy, it was remarkably sturdy. I am 230 pounds and I was able to hang from it without fear. I did not try to swing but I was sure if it could hold me, my girls would have no problem.

Highly recommend. My autistic kiddo swings on this for hours every day. Works perfect. Great space saver!

Exactly as expected. I installed this so my children could swing indoors and they are loving it. I prefer this type of support bar because it is mounted right to the door frame. However, like other reviewers I did use larger screws because the ones provided are small.

Très bien, mais il a fallu coincé la barre dans ses encrages car dès que les enfants utilisent la balançoire il y a un bruit (cognage) très dérangeant.

I placed it in my corridor It comes with screws but with no anchors. I used only what is included (with electric screw driver) and it worked well with my wall. Not sure about other kinds of walls
