Seems really weak. I can pull it free with not a lot of effort. Any suggestions on what I might have done wrong ?

How is the current broken for release? Button? Keypad? I don’t see a control device in the pics.

In order to use this mag lock you would need some sort of opener or closure device for example like I relay switch to control the mag lock device one example is like a motorized operator You install it to a access control that allows it to open and that will unlock the maglock

Can this be feed off the control panel power or does it need another power source?
