this was ORANGE - not brown, let alone dark brown. Turned my hair (naturally brown) an awful orange red color - would give negative stars if possible

The shampoo is good and covers the grays very well. The price is unbeatable, and the amount of each bottle is pretty good. However, it was sold as dark brown, and I got cooper gold, while my companion's is getting a light reddish with a gold tone. I have noticed that when I used it, the color is dark cooper with small amounts of a white transparent gel. Maybe I should agitate it well before using it? I have not seen anything about on the bottle.Finally, the tap of the bottle gushes and makes a big red mess in the bathtub or whatever other place we put it.

It does not work at all . I have tried it twice with zero results. Not even a strand of hair was colored . Please don’t buy it . Your money will go down the drain . I won’t even rate it . It was disappointing

The dark brown colored my hair red. Any grays turned a light copper. Easy to use, very little smell. Final color is not at all as advertised.

The bottle design doesn't really work well, can't tell if it's mixing in the right amounts together... on very light hair the darkest it gets is sort of golden. Not at all brown. Washed out very quickly.
