Ok, so as the title says, I cannot believe I'm on Amazon writing a review for these cough drops, but they're so delicious I had to! I am on various medications due to cancer, and associated anxiety. One or more of my medications makes my throat really dry at night. If it gets too dry, I start coughing. If I cough too hard for too long, I all of a sudden will throw up (nocturnal regurgitation from gerd or acid reflux). ANYWAY... In addition to a humidifier, I started taking a cough drop at night when I go to sleep to coat my throat. I've tried a bunch of different ones, including throat balms, but none really seemed to last too long at night. I saw these and the price sorta smacked me in the face, but the ingredients sounded tasty and who doesn't want the immunity boost from the Manuka honey? These cough drops are absolutely delicious, IF you like the taste of ginger. Which I do. I'm going to assume everyone who can have honey likes the taste of it. It takes all the power I have NOT to immediately chew the cough drop to get to the honey. If I did that, I would rob myself of the ginger taste. I always wake up coughing at least once or twice a night, but so far that hasn't happened with these cough drops. Do I wish they were cheaper? Yes. Are these effective for me and thus worth every penny? Also yes (but still, put these on sale!). If you're Keto, this is going to blow your carbs so skip on by. If you're worried about how much sugar is in them, also skip these. If you're looking for something that lasts a little longer than your average cough drop and definitely doesn't taste like the average cough drop, these are the ones for you!

These are perfect just before you sing. The liquid center does the trick. I’ve purchased these before and will do so again. They are a little pricey, however they are worth it.

I love these cough drops. I bought them because I had parathyroid surgery. My throat was sore and I had a cough, these were so delicious. They didn’t kill me with menthol they were just so soothing and delicious.

I felt a sore throat coming a day before and ordered this. Honestly, this worked and I don’t have a severely, debilitating throat had I not bought this. I also know about NZ Manuka Honey.. and it’s real and works. This isn’t overly sweet or anything like that compared to old lozanges of the past. The center soft Manuka honey is a great surprise! No weird aftertaste or heavy methanol taste like others Definitely buying more to keep on hand in the house

It feels great, no complaints there. It does, however, stick to my teeth when it gets really small. It might be a small price to pay, it is so soothing.

Great flavor, especially for a picky pre-teen! It worked well calming her cough. You can only have two a day, so worth the price!

These are perfect, but watch it cause you maybe tempted to suck on them like candy.vvi have a sore throat from lack of saliva production. These are great for COPD for comfort day by day.
