Very easy to use. I made a veg curry, roasted all the veg first the. Tipped it in a pan and added water and the curry mix. Nothing else. Very pleased with the result which was tasty and satisfying! Difficult to go wrong as it is so easy to use.

Box arrived looking greasy but none of the packets were affected. Held together with regular tape too.

I use this as a base for most of my curry dishes. Japanese curries are not as greasy as some of the south asian and southeast asian curries. This is my go-to brand for Japanese curry. I do add lots of extra fresh chillies because my husband and I like spicier curries.

Not too dissimilar to bought Chinese take away curries - but better. Fantastic taste and so simple to make.
