I did a lot of batch cooking for an upcoming surgery and thought these cubes would be great for that purpose. So far, I've used the cubes to freeze two different soups. I appreciate that there are fill lines inside of the cubes. After the soup was frozen, I let the cubes sit on the counter for a couple of minutes before popping out the soup into a zip lock bag for further freezer storage. There was no need to add cooking spray to the cubes prior to filling them. These cubes suited my purpose perfectly and I am considering purchasing other sizes.

I have used these many times now. Freeze soups, spaghetti, chili, stew, vegetables in them, pop them out when they are frozen - about 2 days - (with ease) and then put them into Nesco bags and seal them up. No freezer burn, they are microwavable in the Nesco bags. Wash the molds by hand - and have not had any issues with them not sealing tight, leaking, retaining (or having) any odor. I have the two cup and one cup cubes. My freezer is FULL right now and all I need to do decide my meal, bring them out to thaw a bit and in the microwave and dinner is ready!
