I have done previous reviews on this razor which I absolutely love. Now I love their Customer Service also. Recently, after 10 months of use, the lock tab broke ( probably from my tapping the razor on some no to remove debris). But this break rendered the razor unusable as the head would not lock closed. Contacted SweetLF & they sent 2 replacement pieces without delay. Fixed it and works like new. Very highly recommend. Great shave, waterproof for cleaning, great battery life.I’ve owned expensive German brands but these give better results for fraction of price.

I wanted a cheap electric shaver for my car, and this razor serves that purpose. The razor is charged with a USB cable fairly fast, and the charge lasts quite a long time. The cable included fits the razor with no difficulty; however, it does not fit the enclosed nose hair trimmer. Fortunately, I had a cable that fits the nose hair trimmer. For me it doesn't matter because all I really wanted was the electric shaver, but others might not share this view.

Works really well for the price. The nose trimmer has a different plug cable not included in the package which is interesting. Nose trimmer uses a USB C type while the shaver a Micro plug tyoe.

Read the reviews and decided to buy this razor in January. Love the way it worked today. I went to plug-in to charge it and it’s not doing a full charge. Very disappointed after four months. Bought one from another company that was only $19 and it lasted six months. This one lasted less and it was supposed to be much better. Very disappointed.

The SweetLF Razor is working fine. It came with a cord and charges good .The cord does not fit the hairtrimmer. Was there suppose to be another cord? I would like to know a solution to this problem.Thank You

Bought it for a gift for my husband. Our anniversary. But he now tells me that from the beginning, it has really pulled on his whiskers! He didn't want to tell me before this--6 months later--as he thought it might get better with use...He didn't want to hurt my feelings. It's now going back. He's ALWAYS been a Norelco fan too.

Al principio funcionó bien. A la tercera semana la bateria se murió y no permite recarga.

Unless I have not read something different, why is this so difficult to clean.? The rotors, blades and plastic gear all come out when you open the head, and you literally have to piece it back together!The designer of this ought to be fired!!!

Un seul mot, excellentissime pour le prix. Silencieux, efficace, n’irrite pas la peau. Le fait de pouvoir le rincer sous l’eau est très bien aussi. N’hésitez pas une seconde. M.

L'ancienne version de ce rasoir que j'avais depuis 2018 commençait à fatiguer un petit peu bien que la charge était encore bien maintenue, ce qui est déjà incroyable en soi.Je me suis dit que ça serait l'occasion pour tester les rasoirs Philips, je suis parti sur une série 5000 qui fait le double du prix de ce soir, et il rasait encore moins que mon rasoir fatigué de 2018... Je ne comprends pas comment c'est possible, on paye vraiment la marque mais il n'y a aucune qualité derrière.J'ai ensuite vu qu'une nouvelle version du SweetLF existait et je me suis dit que je vais l'essayer tout en espérant qu'il soit aussi bon que mon ancien, et c'est le cas, il coupe très bien, pas besoin de repasser 10 à 15 fois pour que ça soit bien rasé.Et en plus 3 lames de rechanges sont incluses, absolument rien à envier à Philips, bien au contraire. Honte à Philips.Un autre gros plus est sa charge qui est rapide et très pratique en USB , et pas avec des chargeurs propriétaires à la noix...

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour ce rasoir. Il rase bien et vite, il tient bien la charge, il se recharge très très rapidement, très facile à nettoyer. C'est le deuxième que j'utilise dans cette marque et je ne regrette pas. Le dernier a duré de nombreuse années et a fini par avoir un petit problème au niveau du contact (pour le charger). Je l'ai réparé très facilement et ça me fait un second rasoir (de secours). Je ne l'utilise pas sous la douche, mais il ne craint pas l'eau. Vraiment content de ce modèle!
