I purchased this Copper Fit Core Shaper because it advertised back support as well as shapes your waist. I suffer from lower back pain and always seek out ways and products to help me deal with the pain. I put this on and felt relief right away. My lower back pressure was gone. When I sat throughout the day, I was not uncomfortable and my posture improved!! I walk 3 miles daily and the Core Shaper felt great on my back. I did notice that I fall in between s/m and l/xl. I opted for the s/m for a tighter fit. The added bonus for me is that it actually does flatter your waistline!!
