I purchased this item for my granddaughter . It was well made , it came with clear and simple instructions and it was easy to put together. Very happy with purchase and so was my granddaughter

Very good product construction. My daughter wanted it for her American Girl dolls and she loves it.I had a minor issue during assembly. The instructions were not clear at all that 4 screws were about 1/4" bigger than the rest and it didn't help that they were all in one bag together. When I was putting the chairs together, I ended up having one of the longer screws in the wrong spot and pierced through the seat of the chair. I emailed the manufacturer and they immediately stated that they were aware the instructions weren't clear and were in the process of fixing them and then they mailed me a new chair seat without any issue and no shipping costs on my end.Extremely happy with this set, not just for the construction quality, but because the manufacturer stood behind their product!

These are beautiful, paint is nice and smooth, furniture has no sharp edges and the directions made assembly super fast and easy. It is a little bigger than I pictured in my head, so it won't fit inside the dollhouse I'm making, but my granddaughter usually pulls things out onto the floor to play anyway. I just love it!

Our granddaughter was thrilled with her table and chairs. She has 7 American Girl dolls, with two more coming from Santa Claus, and she is thrilled to put her pretend food and dishes on the table for four of her dolls. She has "invented" two more chairs out of other items to seat four dolls. Now, she is asking for the bunk beds that match the chairs, as two dolls sleep in her bed until they "get their own bed." I have purchased doll beds and other furniture from American Girl, and, though they are well made, Emily Rose doll furniture is just as solid. The added bonus is, it is less than half the cost that American Girl charges. We feel that we received wonderful value for our money, and we will continue to purchase Emily Rose doll furniture as long as granddaughter requests. Thank You for making well-made, reasonably priced furniture for out "little Princess."

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. It is very cute and supports the size of a AG 18 inch doll perfectly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the holes for the nails are not lined up very well, resulting in off centered construction and split some of the pieces of wood.For my 7 year old though, it's a great addition to her AG setup.

In March 2014, I was able to send email to amazon about this product and their claim "High quality boutique style painted wood products" (see review below). Well, I did go to the web site again today,and their claim is still the same "high quality boutique style painted wood products." This product is not high quality wood, it is cardboard. I tried to contact Amazon or seller about this, but I am not able to find button to send request/message. I hope someone in customer service will read this and actually do something. July 2014Below is my review from Christmas 2013 but here is another review after few months...March 2014. One of the kids set on the doll table and the legs broke, and guess what, legs and pieces that connect the legs are made of pressed cardboard! This is terrible! I assumed that it was made of particle board not paper. I am not happy with quality and I am very disappointed with their description for a table and chairs. I hope this review helps for future purchases. I think that price was too high for the paper! I contacted Amazon and they are still reviewing the complaint. I am very disappointed.Old Review:I got this for my daughters as a christmas present. The chair and table are cute. Everything is made of particle board so we will see how long will last. As you suspect, it is made in China. The pieces were easy to put together. I would say that price was OK ($45) for the product. I just wish that there were actual wood pieces.

My granddaughter absolutes loved this adorable table & chairs for her American girl solls. It was such watching her play with them!

Some serious assembly problems. Once assembled, the table and chairs seem sturdy enough and certainly will be enjoyed very much by our granddaughter as a Christmas present. There are 16 numbered stickers that have to be removed. I tried soap and water, which didn't work. So, had to go buy some goo remover. I hated putting this petroleum product on this child's toy, but had to. Once I got the stickers off and cleaned up the goo remover, there is a visible, permanent sticky residue left all 16 of the parts. A third of the screws did not line up with screw holes very well. Finally, several of the veneer pieces started to crack when I test applied the screws. This required pre-drilling the screw holes so the veneer wouldn't split any more. Also, be careful with the screws: they are very soft and the Phillips heads could strip.
