A NATO style strap must buy!
Extremely happy with my purchase. It works brilliantly.I've recently found an old (my first) Casio digital watch from my childhood. Hidden in the depths of an old box on my garage.Put in a new battery and it immediately came back to life, I set the date and time and it works flawlessly. It's an old Casio F-23W. Two button watch - it doesn't even have a side light like the F-91W - so, of course, it needed a great strap to go with it.This strap caught my eye and I must say it does not disappoint. It fits and functions brilliantly. Very easy to attach and adjust to my wrist accordingly. The material has a bit of stretch to it. Really comfortable to wear.Really pleased so far. ๐Will probably buy more of these straps for other watches.I only wear Casio digital.

Fitted my Gard Pro watch, measure size with care.
Fitted my watch but I had to use the spring bars from the old strap as I had ordered a size too small. My advice, measure carefully, (listing told you how to do it), as a millimetre or two makes a difference. Strap itself is great quality. Good set of fitting instructions too.

Unusual features
Once you've figured out which way round it's supposed to go, fitting is it fairly straight forward. The instructions are also fairly straight forward, which helps. I especially liked the way the pins are built in and how easy they are to compress and release - I've struggled with the standard strap pins in the past and this design is a welcome innovation. I wouldn't usually go for a strap which stretches but i actually find it very comfortable. One observation I would make is that when you try to release the clasp, the stretching makes it a bit more tricky. It does keep the strap securely fastened, though. On the whole I like it and I'm impressed by the thoughtful innovations.

Not great
Looks beautiful. Fit well but kept popping off of my garmin to the point that I lost one of the pins. Wore it for a few days then had to throw it away. Waste of money for me. So sad

100% happy with this, it's perfect on a Pebble
For any owners of Pebble / Pebble2 smartwatches, this 22mm band is perfect. It looks like it was made for it. See photos.Easy to fit - there are 'levers' attached to the pins, making it easier than other pins I've tried in the past. And the pins don't fall out of the strap.I've worn this everyday for 6 months, never had any issues with it. It's never become unattached.Fast to put on and take off, no need to open the clasp, just pull it over your hand. I re-adjust the clasp every 6-8 weeks as it can get slightly loose over time. That's not a fault with the material, it's just through normal use taking it off and on every day. The strap material hasn't permanently stretched, it always returns to normal.I used to buy 'Nato' straps in the past, but this design is much better, faster, more comfortable, and looks better. It's also washable. I accidently put the watch in the washing machine, and the strap came out looking as good as new :DMuch prefer these to plastic or metal straps, much more comfortable. Amazing value for money too.10 out of 10, excellent product.

Pin mechanism may be shorter than required
On my watch replacing the original strap was not as easy as expected. The space between the lugs is 20mm so that was the width ordered, but although the new braided strap is 20mm the โeasy to fit pin mechanism โ was not and was short of the width of the lugs and so would not fit. I reused the existing pins and that was VERY difficult, but doable after perseverance.

Klare Kaufempfehlung

Wasn't sure what to expect, but I like it.
I bought this watch band for an older Timex Expedition I've had for many years. The watch itself was made in what everyone today refers to as a "field watch." In fact Timex is still selling a watch that looks almost exactly like mine, but chances are it's larger in diameter, as the trend of late is to make watches look like you're wearing a dinner plate. It was a gift from my wife, and it quickly became one of my favorites to wear. Like many of today's field watches, it has a dark earth brown metal watch case, with an off-white creamy colored dial and clear, concise Arabic numerals at all of the indices. It also arrived wearing a comfortable watch band made up of khaki-colored cloth, with portions in military style olive-drab green and small areas finished in dark brown leather. This is a two-piece watch band that closes with a buckle-type clasp. It set the watch off perfectly for many years. Unfortunately, with the passage of those years the band was showing its age, and so I began looking for a replacement. Since most Timex watches are relatively inexpensive to start with, there usually are no exact replacement bands available (come on Timex, I'm still rocking the 21-jewel self-wind watch my mother got me back in 1963! You could be making beaucoup bucks selling original-style replacement watch bands for so many of your past iconic watches!). Anyway, I wound up trying a new nylon olive-drab modified NATO band for my Expedition. The look was different from the original, but it did look good and the price wasn't exorbitant. Unfortunately, too many watch band suppliers don't always give complete size information, and in my case the new band fit with the buckle being set at the next to the last hole to be comfortable. While this didn't make the watch band unusable, it did mean that the loose-end of the band didn't quite fit all-of-the-way through both steel keeper loops sewn into the band. That means they're fixed in place; you cannot slide them closer to the buckle, and that allowed the end of the watch band to frequently come out of the second keeper and hang out, loose. To me that says the band itself is too small for my wrist. I've had this problem with other bands over the years. When I happened upon the webpage for these braided bands and noted the size of wrists it should fit I ordered one in olive-drab. Well, these bands look different, and they are different. Not bad, just different. Once on the watch and then on my arm, they remind me of some of those woven metal watch bands they sometimes call "Milanese." If you've tried one of these bands then you know that once on, the clasp is barely noticeable, the band is exceptionally adjustable in sizing and there is no loose end of the band as typical buckle-type of watch bands have. I'm finding this braided watch band to be exceptionally comfortable to wear and does a fine job of keeping my watch in place despite the "stretchiness" of braided nylon. It does take a few adjustments to get the fit just-right, but this is an easy thing to do and takes just a few seconds. I like these bands, and for a very affordable price it makes for a nice change for your watch!
