Excellent quality for the price. Highly recommended. One bit of advice is to have a thin rigid surface to slip under the first few pages as you begin using one of these journals for the first time as the inner edge does not lay completely flat making it difficult to get into the flow state of writing when the pages are curled up and “floating” above the pages beneath. The front and back covers are semi rigid. They appear to be constructed from pressed paper board like a cereal box, but are covered with a super soft material The colors are soft with a slightly molten appearance and are indeed waterproof.

Perfect writing Journals. I am very pleased with the quality and durability.

Pro: Quality cover with a nice leathery texture. Con: The phrase "Manage time" should be omitted. Why would you put that on a journal cover? Kee it plain and classy with a small logo if necessary--preferably on the back cover. Pro: Nice large, 8.5 x 11" design Con: The paper is somewhat thin. The ink shows through on the other side. Plus, I'm not sure the icons at the top of every page are necessary.

These journals are… perfect? They are beautiful, letter size, lined, and each page has just enough of an outline to keep me on track with my personal schedule. I will be using them in college for note taking, and as personal journals in my psychological rehabilitation regimen. The pages are ivory (color), and are silky smooth, using either a pencil, or ink. I am able to scrawl haphazardly in class and the pages don’t wrinkle or snag. The paper is heavy enough that it holds its shape well. I have used a ball point pen and mechanical pencil on them, so far. I intend to designate a journal per discipline as I work my way through my degrees. So for the love of god please don’t stop making these. I need them for like ten more years 😆

Now hear me out. You might see the title and say well that's a disappointed, but actually it's not. I was expecting the books to be smaller. When the books arrived the box was so heavy. When I opened the box n pulled out the books. When I saw the size I was so happy to have finally been able to buy books to write in that are actually big. These books are the type of books I've always been looking for. I even gavey friends 1 each and they loved it. In the future I'll definitely buy more. I write big so the spacing between the lines are enough for me.
