Trovo la funzionalità dell'integratore molto soddisfacente e con l'utilizzo costante ho notato un miglioramento importante per quanto riguarda la sensazione di stanchezza fisica e mentale, nei dolori articolari, nella qualità del sonno e nella funzionalità intestinale. Mi sembra che sia migliorata anche la salute dei capelli e delle unghie. Sicuramente è un aiuto valido, specialmente nei periodi di temperature estreme come queste.

Best Magnesium supplement out there
I have used Magnesium supplements for about 15 years because of tension in my shoulders and back arising from computer work. Most supplements out there are close to snake-oil, using cheap non bioavailable alloys like Magniusium Oxide and emphasising how many thousands of milligrams are in them when in reality almost all of it passes right through you - even working as a laxative. Magnesium Citrate and Bisglycinate are the most bioavailable, so look no further. This is the best you'll find.
