**Q: Waste of money went wrong stopped working**
A: Stopped working after only a few days.
I tried several for an elderly friend, they all failed within a few weeks some only after a few days. Very poor quality.

A: No it is not
I got these for my wife because she is profoundly deaf and her NH aid failed, they are a reasonable cheap hearing aid and they do work but yes they do tend to slip from time to time also he battery compartment becomes easily loose. 
but all in all for a hearing aid you need for emergency times they are not too bad

I have shopped for every kind of household, kitchen, electrical, hardware and clothing and personal item from Amazon for over 20 years, and these items are by far my worst ever buy. Their performance is simply unbelievably atrocious. Items to put in your ears to aid hearing should NOT also add their own continual background noises whatever their settings. It beggars believe Sometimes purchases disappoint me, but I take the rough with the smooth and of the many hundreds of purchases made with Amazon I have only returned perhaps 5. These are one of those 5. They are big, they are clumsy, they are crude. I didn't expect much but these are just an insult. Just accept that for their price you can only expect total rubbish.
