I will say that I was not impressed with this tool and plan to return it. It would run a few small nails, then stop, and start and stop. Never knew when the thing would decide to operate, but it certainly wasn't an issue with overheating. The device really struggled to get nails in completely, even with the soft pine I was using. The casing seems solid, the slide to insert the brads works well. The instructions are good, although how they are set up could be more user friendly. I got this for replacing pickets on a fence. I am using the brad nailer for placement then will go back and use screws, making it an easier one person job. The nailer puts the brads all the way in when I press fairly hard. A little is left out if I don't. Just a learning curve.
