UGREEN Revodok Pro 9-in-1 USB-C Hub 10Gbps 4K HDMI

There’s a reason I use UGREEN almost exclusively for port hubs. They are always high quality, affordable, and feature-rich. I currently use this is hook up a MacBook Air M1 to a large monitor, an Ethernet cable, a microphone, a webcam, and can connect my iPad for note taking. Every port works wonderfully. The hub does get a little toasty which everything hooked in, but it sits on my desk away from everything. Absolutely recommended.

I needed a good hub for gaming as my old one was just not up to the speed required. I can vouch that this one works quite well handling my network connection as well as a complicated HOTAS setup. It had some speed issues if I added a high speed monitor as well but that was a very minor concern. The monitor worked but just not at the speed I needed. Of note is that it does seem not heat up at all even when under high use. This shows quality. I find this to be a very good hub and recommend it. Buy it.

Este Hub Revodok Pro 9 en 1 se siente de una calidad excelente en la mano, con materiales resistentes y un cable principal bastante flexible que permite acomodarlo en el escritorio con total comodidad, a diferencia de otros adaptadores que vienen con cables rígidos e incómodos. Lo utilizo a diario con mi MacBook Pro y la experiencia ha sido impecable. He usado bastante la ranura de tarjetas SD para transferir proyectos y la velocidad de lectura es buenísima y fluida. Todos los puertos indicados funcionan a la perfección según sus especificaciones de alta velocidad. Como único detalle práctico a considerar: la primera vez que utilicé uno de los puertos USB-A, sentí que la entrada estaba un poco dura o ajustada al insertar el cable. Con el uso normal y un par de inserciones se fue suavizando por completo, pero es un punto a tener en cuenta para conectarlo con cuidado al principio sin forzar los pines. Por todo lo demás, es un producto redondo que cumple al 100%. Cinco estrellas.

I bought this with the goal of minimizing the number of connections I have to make to my laptop when I want to use it in a "docked" mode. With a single USB-C connection to my laptop, I can charge my laptop from it while simultaneously getting 1 more USB-C (essentially reclaiming the one being used), and 3 more USB-A ports (two 5Gbps and one 10Gbps), both a standard SD port and a micro-SD port, and gigabit ethernet. There is also an HDMI port supporting 4K60, and it works well, but you have to have a laptop that supports video out of its USB-C to make use of it. There is no built-in display driver. One other very nice feature is that you can connect this hub to an older laptop that does not have a USB-C port by using a USB-C to USB-A adapter. With my other older laptop that only has USB-A, I can connect to this 9-in-1 using a Hidock adapter, also found on Amazon. Of course, you do not get charging through USB with this type of connection, nor can you get video out of the HDMI port, but all other features are available. If you don't have a laptop that supports video out of its USB-C port, but you want to be able to connect to a monitor through this hub, it is still possible by daisy-chaining a second device such as a Plugable DisplayLink adapter connected to one of the USB ports on the Ugreen 9-in-1. In fact, this is how I am able to connect to a monitor regardless of whether I have my new laptop plugged in or my old laptop, but it may be more cost-effective to find a single device that supports all the features of the Ugreen hub plus DisplayLink. *** The biggest problem with this hub, and it can literally be a show-stopper, is that it can wreak havoc on your LAN if you undock your laptop while it is powered on, leaving the Ugreen hub powered on (using an AC adapter) and connected to your network. In such a situation, the ethernet controller inside the Ugreen appears to get confused and will shutdown ALL TRAFFIC on your subnet, even through unmanaged switches. It took me hours to track this down to the Ugreen's ethernet port when it first happened. Fortunately, by either removing power from the Ugreen or by disconnecting its ethernet cable, connectivity will be restored to your LAN. Or you can probably avoid it altogether by using a separate USB-to-Ethernet adapter instead of the Ugreen ethernet port. Despite the flaw on the ethernet connectivity as described above, I still recommend this device because it really does offer a lot of functionality. If it were not for the ethernet, I would give this item a 5-star rating.

Excelente calidad y desempeño

this dock does not support ultrawide monitors, it only supports standard aspect ratio resolutions it seems. while it doesn't work for my needs, it seems like a perfectly fine dock (given your monitor is not an ultrawide). it does also work with a nintendo switch. attached is a list of all resolution options it gives me.

The USB ports did not work properly on the product, however, after carrying out some requested tests, I was informed that the unit was faulty and it was not necessary to return the product. Then, I was promptly sent a full refund.

Ha tutto ciò che serve ed anche di più. Funziona benissimo, io l'ho usato con il Mac m2 e un tablet samsung serie s8 ed andava senza problemi. Non c'è molto da dire, le porte son veloci, la ricarica rispetta i valori indicati. La qualità costruttiva buona, è robusto, i materiali sono buoni, bello esteticamente. Non scalda, si intiepidisce un po', ma è normale quindi non rappresenta un difetto o qualcosa di cui preoccuparsi.

I was after an affordable dock that would work with my MacBook Pro M3 Max. Thunderbolt docks were out of the question due to their astronomical price so I got one of these and it works great. I have gigabit LAN, 4k screen at 60hz, a 5 TB mechanical hard drive, a Keyboard and Mouse attached. All works great. My only slight complaint is that the cable is rather short, but I think this is more to do with the USB 3.2 specs limiting it's length to achieve the bandwidth, rather than anything the manufacturer could do. Officially the USB spec doesn't even support extension cables, so I can't hide it behind my desk, but not a big issue. It gets a bit warm, but been used daily for over 6 months now and it's great.

I like this hub a lot. I use it to power my laptop at home, which makes that I get the power I need, get ethernet connection to my switched & cabled network without having to fuss around with a separate adapter, and a bit more when i need (USB, SD-cards, HDMI). It is essentially a docking station.
