The wireless CarPlay doesn’t work. Is constantly disconnecting.

good but needs a new version
resolution is kind of low and it would be nice to customize the home screen. would also be nice if it could pivot to the left a bit more. android auto launches automatically 75% of the time, not always even though I have it set to always. touch screen doesn't pinch to zoom the map like a phone, you have to tap plus and minus. the RCA input gets more static than it should both in audio and video and should be an HDMI input instead. I think these things are many years old and need a new version. this is about the only screen that will pivot so it's still the best I could find. I'm mostly satisfied despite the shortcomings

It is a nice head unit. But the screen is so dim that I can barely see it in the daytime. It’s possible I just got a bad screen.

Horrible worst radio ever
Have owned this radio for 4 months it horrible keep freezing if i call or receive a incoming call person cant hear me. The screen freezes where i sometimes have to pullover on the side highway to shut off my truck and turn it back on so the radio can reset contacted the manufacturer they giving me a hassle just to get a replacement up to even charging me $240 for the radio ive been a loyal customer but now will never buy from boss ever again a waist of my hard earned money lost cause they making it a hassle just to give me a replacement and they treat you like your robbing them when they are robbing you. policy sucks and they do not appreciate there customers

Super happy, bought the install kits at Walmart and it’s installed easy. Looks great and works great

Why does boss take so long to boot up?
This is the same as my last one except that i don’t have to connect my phone and the screen is bigger. But it still takes about 3 min to boot up. Which means i have to wait to back out. Then i have to manually switch to rear camera in order to see. My girl friend has a cheaper Japanese radio that boots u quickly and goes right to back up cam. And Bluetooth’s into her phone. I’m frustrated
