I saw this reviewed on YouTube by a professional photographer, to say I was intrigued and impressed is an understatement To say I am anything other than stunned at how good it is now that I have it is a HUGE understatement Seriously, this is easily one of the absolute best camera accessories I've ever bought It does everything it says it does and does it brilliantly Lighter than many tripods and every bit as versatile and sturdy and stable as many tripods too. I'd have zero problem recommending this excellent Monopod

It's got the looks, very sturdy and could be very versatile, or is this just sales talk, do read on please.Having owned a tripod of this brand before, I thought I would give this monopod a try out.Does it look sexy gorgeous amazing, maybe it needs a display cabinet of its own .... OK maybe I got a bit carried away there, but it does look the business, but how does it perform in real life?Well first outing I had some filming at a theatre gig and every theatre is different so where and how you set up varies for each venue, and this one had big challenges I could only use one tripod and the second camera had to be set up on the sound desk, well I'm so glad of the quick release system that allowed me to mount a fluid head directly to the compact yet sturdy feet in a matter of seconds, so on this occasion did not use the monopod section.Next theatre gig yes you've guessed it, a completely different set-up, this time I Tie-Rapped the Monopod to railings at the side of the seating area and needed a lot of height, the Cobra 2 did not disappoint, not only did I get good height but the monopod remained stiff enough that shake was not an issue.If you need a sturdy tall monopod that can quickly adapt then look no further, you will be hard pressed to better this monopod both on performance and price.

Took the monopod to Iceland on a shoot for BTS. Got me through wind, rain, sand and tough conditions. Cleaned quite easily after a week. Just manages everything you throw at it. UK design too so I believe. No complaints from us.

Ich habe mir den Monopod für die Wildlife(vor allem Vögel)-Fotografie gekauft, d.h. ich nutze es mit einem schweren Objekt und mit dem Wimberly Monogimbal als Stativkopf. Ich habe mich für Cobra entschieden, weil mir die Handhabung und vor allem auch der kleine Dreibein-Fuß gefallen hat. Dass man den Fuß auch unabhängig nutzen kann, war für mich ein Pluspunkt.Im Feld finde ich die Handhabung ganz gut. Die Stange lässt sich einfach ausziehen und zusammenstecken. Ich hatte noch keine Stabilitätsprobleme. Das Abnehmen des Fußes ist recht schwergängig, aber da man das nicht ständig macht, ist das für mich okay.Nicht so gut finde ich die Transporttasche, die in der Länge so exakt auf die Länge des Stativs zugeschnitten ist, dass man jedes Mal den Stativkopf abschrauben muss, selbst wenn dieser recht kurz ist. Das nervt ein wenig, zumal auch die Weite der Tasche so ist, dass man kaum den Stativkopf mit hineinbekommt.Was ich inzwischen bei anderen Einbeinstativen gesehen habe, sind integrierte Sicherheithaken, die Stativ und Kamera oder Objektiv verbinden. Das hätte ich gerne noch, denn wenn man Stativ mit Kamera schultert ist man für eine zusätzliche Sicherung dankbar.

Das iFootage 71" Einbeinstativ hat meine Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen und ist zu einem unverzichtbaren Begleiter für meine Videoaufnahmen geworden, insbesondere in Verbindung mit dem Ronin RS 3.Die Aluminiumlegierung sorgt für eine robuste Konstruktion, die nicht nur leicht ist, sondern auch extrem stabil steht. Die mitgelieferten Füße bieten zusätzliche Stabilität, besonders wenn ich das Stativ auf unebenem Gelände oder in Situationen mit eingeschränktem Platz aufstelle. Die Höhe von 71 Zoll (ca. 180 cm) (ca. 180 cm ermöglicht mir, beeindruckende Aufnahmen aus verschiedenen Perspektiven zu machen, ohne dabei auf Flexibilität verzichten zu müssen.Besonders beeindruckend ist die Kompatibilität mit meinem Ronin RS 3. Die Kombination beider Geräte ermöglicht butterweiche Kamerabewegungen und verleiht meinen Videos eine professionelle Note. Die Verwendung von Trekkingstöcken, die im Lieferumfang enthalten sind, bietet zusätzliche Stabilität und Präzision, primär, wenn ich in Bewegung bin.Die Schnellwechselplatte erleichtert den Wechsel zwischen dem Einbeinstativ und dem RS3 erheblich und spart wertvolle Zeit bei meinen Aufnahmen. Die Verstellmöglichkeiten sind präzise und ermöglichen eine schnelle Anpassung der Höhe und Neigung des Stativs.Die Verarbeitungsqualität des iFootage Einbeinstativs ist beeindruckend, und es fühlt sich an, als könnte es problemlos den Anforderungen eines professionellen Einsatzes standhalten. Insgesamt bin ich äußerst zufrieden mit diesem Produkt und kann es jedem Videografen, besonders jenen, die mit Gimbals arbeiten, wärmstens empfehlen. Es hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen und meine Videoproduktion auf ein neues Level gebracht.
