It's a really very helpful book. (Ofcource it's of R D sharma) It had extra questions in it along with the ncert which is helpful indeed.

Great book with lots of questions (incl. NCERT questions) and (examples with explanation) if you are searching the best mathematics for class 9 which is also very useful in boards, then I recommend RS Aggarwal over this, because in RS Aggarwal you will get more definition or explanation of each topic than this and the chapters based on NCERT, whereas, In RD Sharma you will get more questions and (examples with explanation) of each topic but less definition and explanation of each topic and get more chapters than NCERT and RS, which are time consuming, and RS is enough for boards, however if you want that boards are also get completed and also useful for 11, 12 and competative exams, then you should have to go for RD but only for boards, go for RS. This book is having variety of examples and those are in detail. Using this book will cover most of the concepts required.

Book is original, we have been using RD Sharma for my son from class 7. Content is good questions are decent to build good base.

I think it's a complete book for the students.
