Bike came in excellent condition out the crate. I couldn't understand the instructional video that is provided via a QR code, but everything was pretty much self-explanatory. Had the bike up and running within the hour. It runs great for my 11-year-old son who is 4'11" 95 lbs. I myself rode the bike being 5'8" 155 lbs. It handled me no problem and still had serious torque. Overall, for what it cost; the bike was completely worth it. No broken or damaged parts during shipping.

The media could not be loaded.  First let start off by saying the delivery company they use are liars. They never delivered as promise and kept lying about the times. I had to personal call multiple times to get my son bike before his birthday. Received the bike the box was not in good shape at all. The the bike was in decent shape. Me and my fiance struggle a bit to put the bike together as they listed a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE video to mimic that they sent with the bike. It dont shows what tools he using or nothing. Just a waste of time to watch and frustrated. We ended up finding a good video to finish off the bike that took us 2 days to get right. Overall it's well put together and drives good. My son face was priceless on his birthday. Update: my son rode it yesterday and he loves it. I like how we can change the speed we had it on gear 1 so he can you use to driving it.

Very pleased and money well spent. Bought for when my grandkids visit. Shipment was very well protected in the metal crate, was straightforward and easy to assemble, and fired right up on first kick. From opening the crate to riding the bike was only about 3 hours. Not bad. Only thing, I wish the throttle response was slower. It's such a quick throttle that it makes it a bit jumpy to get it moving for young riders. But the throttle lock screw and starting in 2nd gear helps this out. Overall, very pleased.

Decent for the price small issues with the carburetor and bogging out but I would definitely recommend this for a beginner

Giving this 5 stars for multiple reasons!Customer service was outstanding. Bike showed up with a smashed fuel tank and missing a bolt for rear shock Whether it was caused during shipping or factory didn't matter. They had a new tank and bolt to me within a week.Bike is fun and fast. This is my sons first bike and very easy for him to ride. Pick a gear and go.Thry say it has weight limits. I weigh 200 lbs and I can ride it just as fast as he can!Definitely worth the money.Same Bike as the tao's are. You won't be disappointed!WARNING FOR FIRST TIMERS! DO NOT TAKE OFF IN FORST GEAR!!!!!! The bike will take off from under you!!

My son has had this bike since April, shortly after his 9th birthday. He is currently 4’6”, 25” inseam, and can almost flat foot the bike.I honestly figured I’d have a lot of issues with this bike but really, it’s been rock solid. He has ridden a couple hundred miles by now, much of it with me down dirt and gravel roads. He can fairly easily achieve 40 mph and cruise around at 25-30 no problem.Regular oil changes, a new chain, and keeping gas in it is all we’ve done and it just keeps running.Perfect first bike for a learner.

I purchased this for my 13 year old son and he hasn’t even been able to ride it. Either certain parts of the bike came broken or missing. When it wasn’t leaking gas, the starter was bad. We’ve spent more money trying to fix this bike then a thing else. Plus the company who sells it NEVER RESPONDS TO YOUR QUESTIONS OR EMAILS!

Getting started was difficult no clear assembly instructions thankful for YouTube! Ran into a few issues getting the bike running but customer service was great and someone we know has experience with these things! Now that it is running it’s great! No issues starting or staying running! Great bike. For beginners and just hitting the dirt to play!
