Decent collagen powder, but I suggest measuring by weight
The collagen powder mostly dissolves in warm water, just some small flecks hang out on the bottom of the cup. With just water, there's only a very mild flavor that's something bovine but vague enough that I have a hard time deciding it's more reminiscent of fat or whey. Mixed with other things that do have distinctive flavors, the tiny bit of flavor from the collagen mix disappears. There does seems to be a small discrepancy in the unit conversion for the serving size. The label says serving size is "2 Tablespoons (10 grams)". Measuring directly with a digital kitchen scale, 1 level tablespoon of the collagen powder is approximately 7-8 grams. Going from the other direction, 10 grams of the powder is approximately 1.32 level tablespoons. Based on the container saying the amount of powder is 255 grams with about 25 total servings, then I would presume the resulting 10.2 grams per serving means the intention for volume is either 1.32 level tablespoons or 1 heaping tablespoon.

No taste
This is a great product , I take it for hair growth and skin tone . It desolves easy in hot or cold with no taste

Not instant dissolve
When added to hot coffee, sticky lumps form that have to be stirred vigorously to break up. The instructions also warn about trying to dissolve in cold water. Other collagen powders will instantly dissolve in hot coffee without stirring. On the plus side, it has no taste or odor. No scoop is included and nutritional info is for 2 Tbsp, but to get the advertised 20 g of collagen you need 4 Tbsp. The container yields 12.5 20 g servings.

Easy to dissolve. I'm elder and I like it for my bones. I'm also dieting and that extra protein helps as an aid.

Bad taste, racing heart
After trying my first serving, my heart started to race and palpitate. It also tasted bad (aftertaste) and lumped up a lot even in room temp drink. Tried to return it but they won’t accept returns.
