I have mast cell activation affecting my mouth and chronic periodontitis. I have used this product for years as part of my regime to calm inflammation. After learning about fluoride and ditching my normal toothpaste I now only use this and am seeing further improvement. I will never be without it!

Decided to try product as I suffer from gum disease. Ratings were good. Have only been using product for a few weeks and have noticed a slight change to my gums for the better and not so sore

I have an exposed nerve from a chip in my molar. This calms the inflammation within seconds and makes my teeth feel clean just like I came from the dentist. Great taste mild mint flavor doesn't stop bad breath right away but does heal your tongue over time to get rid of the germs on the tongue causing any bad breath I think it took close to two weeks of use for my tongue to look amazing and healthy . I recommend this to everyone to supplement with their other favorite tooth paste

The media could not be loaded. I love Silver Biotics products! This tooth gel does not disappoint. Your teeth, gums and tongue will thank you! Your teeth will feel like you just left the dentist. I use this tooth gel once a day in the evening as it tends to be pricier than regular toothpaste but well worth it! In case my dentist reads this... Yes I brush my teeth in the morning as well! I just use my other toothpaste. :)
