Why didn't GM think of this.
If you have ever had to jump start a GM vehicle with side terminal batteries. You will wonder what GM was thinking when they went with those things.This allows you to not only jump start the vehicle ok, but add accessories like dual batteries and inverters, or Sound amplifiers.GM, duh, what were you thinking.

ive purchased these types of connectors from all over the internet... i bought this set based on reason the battery and nut side are the same threads. i was surprised when i got them, the quality was outstanding. so good so i came back and bought more of the same set for my other cars. A+++

These are the ones you need.
These studs are perfect! I bought three different style brass and gold studs and they all stripped before fully tightening the cables. Even rethreaded and tapped the battery.These went it and snugged up perfectly, even noticed a little more voltage on the guage.

A little shorter than I expected.
These are nice battery studs, but ended up being a little too short for my application. It would have been nice if they included the thread length (in both directions) in the specs. I needed about 1/4" longer for my positive side and had to use a different product. FYI... the threads are about 1/2".

Perfect for use with accessories on a side post
I'm using these on a 1988 Camaro to be able to hook accessories up to the battery. The previous posts I had were brass and didn't go into the battery quite as far, so they ended up stripping over time. These make a much more positive connection to the battery. I'd definitely recommend these.

Great Product!
Well made and works perfectly on my Optima Yellow Top battery. My batters is in my Jeep and these posts worked great for both my winch cables and the power wire for a stereo amp. Highly recommended!
