Perfect book binding cloth!
I'm using mine for rebinding paperbacks and turning them into hardcovers. With just how much cloth there is, I don't forsee needing to order more for quite a while actually! I should be able to use this for a ton of books! It cuts well and adheres to the books, paper and chipboard really well! For $10 you get a TON of cloth, and it's going to make, a ton of books so it's a really great value! Highly recommend for anyone getting into book binding!

One of my perfect bound books
It was ideal for the hot melt perfect bound books I make and helps to hold all the pages together because in making such a book all the pages are single independent leaves that need to have their spine edge roughened to expose as many fibres as possible and the open woven fabric helps to hold the individual pages together with the hot melt glue.

Decent
I prefer the mulling fabric by Lineco, it seems sturdier and has a tighter knit. It’s also more expensive. This will work fine, but the edges aren’t very “clean” when you cut them. It’s not hard to pull this apart (not cheesecloth easy though). If I was only making books with the mulling, I’d get the good stuff, but I also like to add it collages, encaustic and fiber art pieces so this is a better choice for me, for the price.
