Very good stand, needed this for my 18 inch ring light which is quite heavy. Holds it perfectly and definitely will not fall over, it seems like it would be able to hold very heavy lights and can go very short or very tall, very useful for more than just lights also. Would 100% buy again!

Nice and lightweight to transport & move around, while having a good height it can reach & take a fair bit of weight on top (with a sandbag for safety of course!) Use it regularly to hold a boom pole for recording interviews. Able to take the weight of a fully extended 16ft pole without any concerns of breaking or falling.

I use this Neewer light stand with the Neewer CB60B 70W constant light attached. I use them in the 12x12x8ft space I use for table top pack shots and still life photography. It is heavier than I expected which is very good, has excellent spring dampers, feels stable with a light and softbox attached. I will reserve judgement on the durability of plasticky feeling material used on the twist locks. Otherwise, a good four stars for price and might get five after a year's usage.

These stands are just as you’d expect; lightweight but reasonably sturdy. The max height is fairly accurate (you can get a bit more height depending on how far you spread the legs). Suitable for holding a reflector or lightweight background, or small bare flashhead/speedlight without a soft box that might cause it to topple. You might get away with a 400w size head but it may be too unstable. Each stand comes packed in its own draw-string bag to help keep things tidy when not in use. In all a good little set

well, that is why I love the reviews system, I could not tell from the picture if this as good as it seamed, but after reading the reviews and asking for details, I went for it and I can tell you that indeed this is a good buy, well made, sturdy and great value, arrived well packed and very fast. It's almost entirely made of metal (expect for those plastic butterfly shaped knobs that tighten the screws) there are rivets as opposed to nuts and bolts but these are not big issues. The whole thing feels very solid, and extends to 2.6 meters high. For the price you can't ask for more

Hello, these are great. With a strong construction and sturdy pole hight tightening there has been no worry about any drop in the pole height. The footprint area the legs take up is large so there is no wobble or suggestion of the stand toppling, just make sure you have the floor space to be able to use them without tripping over, bye

For a long time now I've been looking for a good quality heavy duty light stand for a reasonable price. Time after time they are disappointments, usually not hade from thick enough aluminium and are too flimsy. Not with these. They arrived on time in separate cardboard boxes, wrapped together in wrapping film. Just from the weight of them, I could tell that the were extremely well built and very sturdy. Each one can easily hold 5kg on a tall extension, the only con I can think of, is that they don't come with some sort of bag. Easily fixed with a folding camping chair bag that I had lying around. Always very happy with Neewer products, will defiantly order the again if needed to.

These stands are amazing for the price. I use these for mounting LED lights while shooting videos. These are sturdy and are also spring-loaded, like cushioning. love these. I use sandbags when using bigger LEDs.

I have ended up owning five of these light stands. They are a "mid level" weight bearing stand in my array of stands of this type. I would describe them as sound and sturdy for their weight and folded size. The build quality is excellent. I love this style of stand for their ease of transport whilst I use heavy guage C-stands for studio work. Very sturdy, good quality, and offers good flexibility for desktop/floor to head-height positions. Will buy again if I need more. Perfect for 100-300w Godox flashes, maybe not so much for a heavier 600w flash at full height in windy conditions.
