Robust, good urn
We've been using in our bakery for past 3 months as issue with hot water. It's on for about 10 hours a day and is used not for heating water to make hot drinks but for washing up! Heats up quickly. No issues so far. Shame the price has jumped up tho - from £70 to over £90 in 3 months.

Great product
Been using this product for a football club cafe for 3 weeks . Does exactly what it is designed to do. Takes about 30mims to heat the full 20L to the right temperature. Water fill guide is clearly visible not sure why other people have reviewed it negatively. Pours with no after drips. Would highly recommend.

Dangerous
On arrival looked good. However, after four months. Came back after a short (luckily) visit to friends to find the kitchen floor and cabinet units soaking wet with hot water. Hopefully there hasn’t been any long term damage, fingers crossed. The urn was leaking from the seam by the tap. There was no sign of any form of leaking. Why it should happen so suddenly is very concerning and could be potentially dangerous.I would STRONGLY suggest this this item be withdrawn from any further sales until this is issue has been investigated.
