Perfect LED upgrade on 99 Jeep TJ
Perfect! Super bright, plug and play replacement for the old stock incandescent on on my 1999 Jeep TJ. Really lights up the engine bay and has an onboard tilt switch that turns off the light as you close the hood. Very nice!

Perfect upgrade
Perfect engine bay light upgrade for the Diy guy. I often find myself under the hood in the evenings which is my free time. With multiple cars and a garage packed I don’t always get to use my garage light so I find myself using some sort of external light to work under the hood. This was the upgrade I so desperately needed , plug-n-play flawless install less than 5 minutes. Super bright white light !

Fits my 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 Sport 4x4. Brighter LED light than the OEM one that came from Dodge. Quality product & fits the plug in. The original was cracked & burnt out. So, I changed it out with this improved hood light.

JUNK, CRAP DO NOT PURCHASE
CRAP PRODUCT! DO NOT BUY!!! This under the hood light was bright and worked perfectly when first installed and for a couple of months. Shortly thereafter it began turning itself on after the hood was closed. I was away for a couple of months and it completely killed my battery which cost $225. There is no way to contact the seller that I can find and is only warranted by Amazon for 30 days. Amazon is NOT looking after us. It is supporting the sellers of Crap products as long as they make them $$. Shame on you Amazon!!

Good quality replacement, brighter than factory
this has transformed me from someone who pretends to check their oil to someone who actually can SEE their oil when checking it, revolutionary stuff. Installation was easier than expected (only dropped the clip into the engine bay abyss), and now my Ram's engine compartment lights up like a surgical theater whenever I pop the hood. No more holding a flashlight in my teeth while trying to look mechanically competent at AutoZone and now I can clearly see all the engine parts I don't understand! The LED is bright enough that my neighbors think I actually know what I'm doing under there, when really I'm just admiring how clean my air filter still looks. Best purchase ever for those late-night "what's that sound?" investigations where I open the hood, stare at the illuminated engine, and still have no clue what's wrong!
