i got good piece. its working nice connects instantly and sound is good. its satisfactory

Now it is 9th month after my purchase. I never experienced this kind of worst experience from a brand which used 'Amazon'!Audio quality is good. but its speaker a few times slipped open.battery is also good. but for the last 5 days, it is not getting off or not responding. but showing power on with its light. so i am keeping aside to drain its power and switch off. since I know embedded software programming, this is clear case of firmware issues. Amazon should be careful when they come up without much testing or wrong suppliers when they white label it.anyway price bracket is good. so, you may try if you are patient.Update:I gave four stars after first month. Now it is really bad after a few months. Suddenly it stopped working and failed switch off too. Then i painfully waited to drain the battery. After next recharge, it worked for an hour. The. Everything related. But then recharging did not work. I just stopped trying. The one I had purchased from one plus prior to this ( an year), still works. However the price was just double.

I changed the rating to 4, at this price the neckband is really a bang for the buck! Neckband is light weight and fits comfortably around your neck, the earbuds are comfortable and the wings provided with the ear tips prevent the earbuds from falling out. The earbuds have magnets and when not plugged in your ear, don't dangle but secure themselves together. The feature I really appreciated was the adjustable wire to the earbuds, appreciate that you can adjust the length of the wire leading to the earbuds to your comfort. Something I expect from all neckbands, but Crossbeats disappointed me for INR 1599.For the everyday Joe, these are handy. Average sound quality, don't expect too much on the base. Call clarity is also average, don't think it has noise cancellation. Battery is long lasting, charged it for an hour and it dropped to 60% in 2 days of use. Overall, this device is bang for the buck!

My experience with these headphones has left me thoroughly unimpressed and frustrated. Within a mere two months of purchase, the device stopped functioning entirely. Despite attempts to charge it, the battery fails to hold any power, rendering it essentially useless.Adding to the frustration, the headphones seem to suffer from frequent discharges, further complicating their reliability. Loose fittings only exacerbate the issue, causing concerns about their durability and longevity.Overall, my experience with these headphones has been less than satisfactory. While they initially showed promise, their failure to perform reliably within such a short timeframe has left me questioning their value and quality.

the build quality is very bad. noise is not really god and my product stop working within 4 months. I don't recommend you to buy this product. And the after sale service of this is so bad they don't react properly they turn you round and round and round.
