I have ice packs for all portions of my body. These are great for my head, neck, shoulder and arm, but I can also use them in the cold pack I take to work. Against my skin they last for 2 to 3 hours. In the cold pack with other cold things, they last almost a full work day. If they are misshapen when they come out of the freezer, the contents can be manipulated to the shape desired.

I use these to keep my diabetes medicine cool for travel. They are thin but work well.
