Poor Quality Ammonia Test Kit – Need Refund Instead of Replacement
I ordered the ammonia water test kit from Amazon, but the product quality is very poor. The kit is not showing accurate ammonia readings in water, so it is useless for proper testing. I wanted to return the product and get a refund, but only the replacement option is available. I do not want a replacement because the product itself is not reliable. Kindly process a return and refund for this item.

Got used product, replacement not available
Received a used product and now i cant get replacement. Reagent 1 was already open and instead of giving drops, its giving a stream. Also the test takes 15 to 20 minutes. Really really bad experience
