Nine West Women's Speakup Synthetic Ballet Flat

Wanted these flats for ages. I tried the d'orsay type and it did not flatter my fat feet at all.I love that it is a light shoe, sadly though that means that you can't expect a lot of foot support ... it's a tradeoff. It literally feels sometimes that there is a sliver of paper between your foot and the ground, but as I am in the office all day or when I am walking it is on pavement, that doesn't cause me any discomfort. My feet do tend to get swollen during the day, and I find this shoe is particularly accommodating to that. There is a little toe cleavage in my case and I assume most others, because my toes aren't particularly long, But I love the pattern, love how it fits, absolutely love how it looks and is comfortable for all day wear.

Haven't had long enough to evaluate comfort v. time wearing them. I have one realllllly good reason for loving them--unlikelyto be so to others, but I'm sharing. Saw this shoe, described as 'taupe multi' and looked VERY closely at the prominentBLUE shades in the snakeskin pattern. I just knew it. yes, the pattern, colors and size of patterns match a dress I boughtlast year--100%. Exactly!, as if a same bolt of fabric made both items! (Although shoes aren't fabric.) We womenlove that! So, glad I looked past 'multi' to see the other colors. Yippeeee!!!

Stylish, sophisticated flats that look great with suits, dresses, leggings and jeans. Super comfortable, especially for downtown worker bee types who find themselves hitting the pavement frequently during the workday. I keep a pair of these stashed under my desk for the days I've work ridiculously high heels and suddenly need to run an errand 7 blocks away.I wear a 7.5, and the 7.5 was just a teensy bit longer than I expected; not enough to go down a size. I corrected the issue with Dr. Scholl's gel cushions in the heel, and they fit perfectly now.

These are super cute and comfortable. I work nights, wearing running shoes due to being in the medical field so I do not get to wear cute shoes too often. I would definitely recommend these to anyone. They're flats, so obviously they do not offer arch support. I would not size down with these. I'm a 6.5 in heels, but 7.0 in boots, flats, running shoes, and chucks. They fit true to size.

A comfortable, professional, versatile flat like this is a must for any city-dwelling woman to get around in. Sneakers are not appropriate commuting attire. These shoes are also great for dressing up a casual outfit outside the office, and for breezing through airport security (without resorting to looking like a slob). I had to add heel pads/guards, and they've stretched out a bit more than I wish they had (so order a size down if your usual size is a little loose), but for the price I'm very happy with them. This is my second pair of Nine West flats like this and I will continue to order from them.

Just what I needed-a vegan shoe that stylish! I'm trying to change my "consumption" of animal products by avoiding leather and it hard to find good looking shoes. But these are great. As for the arch support noted, I have high arches so this really is not an issue for me. One thing I like about the shoe is that their sides don't bow out when you walk. They retain their shape.

These are about what you'd expect for the price. They seem like they're almost made of thin, hard plastic. I wore these around the house for maybe 2 minutes to decide if I liked them enough to keep them for the $25 I paid. In the little amount of time that I wore them, the sides around the widest part of the foot area (not sure what it's called right now....) bowed out, and I expect that if you were to keep them they would be creased in that area. The color was really nice, but the fit is probably most of the problem. Amazon suggested a size 7.5 for me, even though I normally wear a size 7 all the time. I generally wear my flats with no wiggle room because I don't want my foot flopping around in the shoe when I'm trying to do things. So, if you decide you do want to have and keep these shoes- order your regular size unless you have a wide foot or something.

Love these shoes. Would love them in other colors too. Note...my answer about arch support may only be true for me as I have problems with plantar fascitis due to flat feet. My orthotics work well in them though. Hard to say how they would feel to others without that problem.
