## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why doesn't this unit require venting, where does all the steam and heat go?**
A: I have one. It's a sealed heat pump system. All that moisture is condensed out through a heat exchanger and goes out through the drain pump as water. The cool air is then sent into a compressor where its heated, and then a fan blows it into the drum. Once the air is in the drum, the warm moist air is drawn back out where it passes through a 2 stage filter and then back into heat exchanger where the air is cooled and the water condenses out, and the cycle repeats. There isn't any excess moisture or humidity in the laundry room. In fact, there's less humidity and heat in the laundry room now compared to when we had our traditional washer and dryer

**Q: When delivered do they bring inside? And looking for the base**
A: Carriers drop ship to site only, no inside delivery.   Risers are available for additional cost.

**Q: What is the capacity of the this machine?**
A: 4.8 cu.ft.

**Q: I am hiring a plumber to run the connection,  what do i tell my plumber we need?**
A: Same as standard washer connection.   120V power, water and drain.
