Replaced a 4 year old switch block.
Bought this for my small fishing pontoon. The 4 bank switch that was on it had gone bad over the winter. Installed this one and tested functions of all the lights and they all worked great. I sprayed dielectric grease on all the spade terminals to keep the moisture away. Unlike some of the other reviews I did NOT connect the small indicator lights that remain on all the time. All I needed for my application was that the blue light lights up only when I use it. The install was straight forward and fairly easy. I have not tested the "cigarette" lighter or the USB terminals yet. I will repost later this summer to let everyone know how it held up.

The description is lacking, so: It comes pre-wired with all switches and sockets powered by one common lead from your power source. Common ground, too. I installed it that way with its power lead switched by my ignition switch. But it wouldn't be difficult to wire in any combination otherwise - e.g., each with it's own power lead, some always on, some switched, various combinations, etc.... The wiring is hefty, not thin and cheap. Each switch has a little blue light which is off unless the switch has power AND is in the on position - then that individual switch's light is on - regardless whether it has a connection downstream. The usb ports have an even smaller little blue light, too. Well made, works.

Perfect for fishing kayaks!
Love it! It worked out perfect on my kayak. If I decide to fish at night I can just push a button and I have lights! I can plug in sonar and charge my phone. No regrets!

Only 1/2 working
The socket and usb portion is in and out. Sometimes it works, Sometimes it doesn't (bad connection maybe) all 3 switches work, but I really needed the usb ports. If you also need usb on your boat stay away from this product!!!

The 4 gang comes with in line fuses! Overall good product for the price. Comes with gasket to ensure a watertight fit. I love the variety of stickers that allow you to customize the label for each switch. Having the usb to charge my phone while leaving the power outlet available for anything 12 volt is super convenient. The usb and power outlet have lights in them too which make it easy to see in the dark. they also come with covers to make them water proof. Overall great quality at a great price.
