I purchased this pillow in April after buying and returning multiple pillows from stores around me because I just could not get comfortable. At the time, I was having daily migraines, neck strain, and what felt like a constant pulling sensation in my neck while trying to sleep. I was even seeing a chiropractor once a week for months. My sleep was terrible, which was unusual for me because I’ve never really had an issue sleeping. I’ll be honest—I wasn’t completely sure about this pillow the first few nights. It took a little time for me to get used to it because I’m normally a side and stomach sleeper. I also ended up removing the insert that came with it. When I first took it out, it honestly didn’t look like it would make much of a difference, but for me, it did. It took a few days to adjust, but once I did, I started sleeping really well. I’ve been using it since April and have been very happy with it. I’m no longer dealing with the neck pain, straining, or that constant pulling feeling I was experiencing before. Another thing I love is that you can sleep on your back, side, or stomach with this pillow, so you’re not limited to just one sleeping position. After trying so many pillows and being disappointed, I’m really glad I gave this one a chance. It took a few days to get used to, but for me, it was absolutely worth it!

The first couple of weeks were definitely rough and it took some getting used to—I almost returned it! Out of the box, it was a bit too high for me, but I loved how versatile it is since you can remove the insert to adjust the height. It also has a really nice, sleek appearance that looks great on the bed, and you can immediately tell the quality is so good. During the first few days, I didn't get neck pain, but my shoulders felt a little weird while adjusting. I pushed through the adjustment period, and I am so surprised by how comfy it became. Now, I have zero pain anywhere and have been getting amazing sleep!

I was introduced to this product by a family member. I trusted her judgement to at least try it. We both have back, neck, & shoulder injuries / pains, plus sleeping disorders and I flip around like a fish periodically. Many other kinds and brands of pillows just "weren't cutting it". Thank goodness those days of pains, snoring, and horrible sleep patterns are over!! So far, I've had two other family members try it for a couple nights, and guess what, I had to order two more! It's definitely worth a try! Believe it or not, this pillow fits perfectly inside a standard or queen pillowcase. So no worries about that. The only struggle I have with it is, I personally like to sleep with my arm under my pillow while sleeping on my side, that tends to be difficult. I have to just lean on my shoulder, which I believe could pose a problem down the line. If you're a back sleeper, THIS PILLOW IS PERFECTLY AMAZING! My neck and head feel snug and supported properly. What a difference of improvement every day! and No Odor, so I felt safe!

I rate this pillow 5 stars easily. I have owned a lot of so called perfect pillows, but hands down the support that this gives my neck allows me to sleep on my back all night long without any pain or having to turn to get comfortable. I have had more good nights sleep since I received this pillow. I travel with pillow as well. I also purchased cooling pillow cover to complement this pillow. I continue to recommend this pillow to family and friends. I purchased one for my wife right away as soon as I realized how comfortable it was to use. No other pillow compares to the great nights sleep I now get with this pillow.

Love this new pillow! A friend at my gym highly recommended this pillow to me due to shoulder and neck pain from sleeping on my sides and it has tremendously helped with relieving the pain. PROS Very comfortable and has a slight firmness to it that I appreciate. It has side areas to put your arms for side sleepers, neck support for back sleepers, and you turn the pillow around for stomach sleepers. It does not need an extra pillow case since it comes with one already on it. Highly quality fabric on the pillow and case. The appearance of the pillow looks interesting but trust me - it works! It even has a manual to show you how the pillow works. It has a cooling feel to it every night that I lie my head on it which makes falling asleep a little better. CONS It takes about 4-5 days to adjust to the pillow and learn how to sleep with it, which can be uncomfortable to some people. VALUE It is worth the money!

I have used a neck pillow (a very basic one) for many years. But recently, I began having neck problems again. Went to a doctor but even prescription medicine didn’t take the pain away completely. It finally occurred to me that perhaps my pillow was worn out and needed to be replaced. I chose this one. I read the reviews and instructions that said I may need to give it some time, so I wasn’t expecting much - at least not early on. I am NOT exaggerating when I say my neck pain was gone after the first night. I was in total shock. I am 5’1” - please have the sloping side facing your neck if you’re short. I think you’ll find it MUCH more comfortable. The other side felt super high and tilted my head forward at an angle. Note that with the sloping side facing my neck, I never needed to remove the insert to feel comfortable. I switch positions during the night between side sleeping (on both sides) and back sleeping and was equally comfortable in each position. My hand fell perfectly and naturally onto the little “wings” on each side of the pillow when I side-sleep but that could be due to my height. Although, I still think they would work for slightly taller people as well. It is the perfect balance of soft and firm and my head feels cradled all night. Bottom line: best purchase I’ve made all year, bar none.

I ordered 2 of these on a whim. My neck was constantly sore which I chalked up to arthritis so I figured what have I got to lose? My husband also complained of neck pain so we got 2. From the first night, I liked this pillow. It cradled my head without being confining. I could sleep on my side as well. I usually throw my arm up beside my head and it found a comfortable spot on the pillow, too. I've been using this pillow for more than 3 months now and the pain and stiffness in my neck are gone. My only con is that sometimes when I sleep on my side my ear gets really sore. Maybe a bit more memory foam in the center portion would remedy that. Butfit the most part it did the trick for me.

The instructions mentioned that if you needed additional height, you could request an insert. I emailed the company at 10:00 pm on a Sunday. They responded within 30 minutes, asked for my invoice and address, and sent the insert at no charge. The insert added about an inch of height — and that inch made all the difference. Installation was simple. I even included a photo comparing it to my old pillow. The extra height completely transformed the support. This pillow was not expensive, especially considering the relief it has provided and the quality of sleep I’m now getting. After years of pain, I had accepted that I might just have to live with it. I’ve seen too many people have poor outcomes from surgery and didn’t want to go that route. This pillow has given me hope that my pain can significantly improve — maybe even resolve. If you have a cervical disc injury and are struggling to find relief, I highly recommend giving this pillow a try.

It was too high for me and, unlike identical ones or copies for a little over $30 on Temu, there is no way to remove a layer to adjust the height. Also, no fitted pillow casies? It's not that nice next to your face. Mine has gone to the bin.

Slept 3 days on it, neck is worse than before. It's a child's size, not meant for the head of an adult. I barely could find a position which felt half-comfortable, then I turned in my sleep and woke up from the pain from my neck. Really not worth the money, do NOT buy.
