Use the woodchips dry.
I used them both ways ie soaking the chips & using them dry.Best results I found were using them dry.

Expensive.
I like the product. It gave a lovely mild flavour to my side of salmon, but I will look for an alternative as is a very small bag, and would make food expensive. I would recommend the product but not at this price.

Hanno un buon aroma per i miei gusti. Consiglio la prova. Weber ha dei prezzi competitivi rispetto ad altri marchi . Gli altri marchi sembra che vendono oro da bruciare..... Ricordiamoci che sono legnetti 😂
