Recently started to get into baking and wanted to do a bit more than the simple large loaves of bread. This roller works great for small home kitchen use. It’s nice and compact and has a good weight to it which makes handling it easy. Works great at flattening and with regular dough, doesn’t stick at all and provides a nice and smooth surface on the dough. Clean up is a breeze as well. Highly recommended.

I like this wooden rolling pin. I was making Japanese cream puffs with a craquelin top (combine butter and sugar together until solid. Put a sheet of parchment paper on a table surface, place the solid mass on top, and then cover with another sheet of parchment paper. Use this roller to roll out the solid until it is 1/8” thick. Place in freezer until you are ready to layer it on top of the creme puffs before baking.) I like how simple this wooden rolling pin looks. There are no handles which I think makes this look sleek. I like the length because it is not too long. It will definitely fit in a standard kitchen drawer. It rolls well and for a small baking project like mine which involves a minimal amount of rolling out a soft mixture of butter and sugar, this rolling pin is the perfect weight ands size. I highly recommend.

Wanted a rolling pin for making treats using majool dates peanut butter chopped nuts and melted chocolate this is just what I was looking for the size and length plus the price of it I'll say I hit the right button with this little beauty thx to you Amazon you're the best.

This made rolling out homemade pizza dough so much faster and easier. I've also made homemade dumpling wrappers with this rolling pin. It's very light weight and easy to use. I love it.

Picked this up for rolling flour tortillas. It works great for that, it's small enough for the task. I'm able to roll with one hand and move the tortilla with the other.

I have not used it yet. But do have a French Rolling pin that is larger. I expect this one will also be amazing. It is the same size as the rolling area before the one I have tapers on both ends
