I’m new to this kind of arm training. This product though is built great and works. It’s a strap and loading pin all in one. Pretty cool. I recommend.

This thing is pretty sturdy and effective. I try to do some extra reps on top of my pronation/supination workout throughout the week. I don’t even care about arm wrestling. I just want really strong forearms and hands. Totally worth the money.

This strap made all my exercises so much easier and now I can train very efficiently and its very strong with 130lbs loaded, get this product its the best and cheapest investment ever!

This works exactly like I need it to. I've been using it for a few months, it will roll up and fit nicely in my pocket so that I dont feel self conscious about bringing my on equipment to the gym. Much better than those straps that require a loading pin, and a little less expensive. I've been using it for several months and it has held up very well.

Amazing strap. Works exactly as described. Much different feeling workout from dumbbells or barbell lifts. Even starting with 10 pound plate you can feel a good burn. Can be utilized many ways from curls to overhead extensions. The strap seems durable and it's easy to use. Overall, I would definitely recommend this for a unique forearm exercise and a great way to make use of existing barbell plates you have sitting around.
