I bought these to hang some shop lights from a t-bar ceiling and they worked well. You need to pay attention to the L or R stamped on the piece to get things lined up right. Went in very easily and seem stronger than the ceiling they are attaching to. These were priced about 1/10th of what they are at Lowes and work just as well.
