The Minalina illustrated editions are all gorgeous as ever. It features beautiful illustrations and some interactive parts of the book. The pages with additional popups and interactive parts all have sheets of paper between them and the opposite page to protect the book. I took most of them out, however as shown in one of my photos, you can see one of the interactive pieces with a wheel fixed in has left a circular dent on the protective sheet. I’d recommend keeping the insert for this element in, as it will leave indentations in the neighbouring page without it. These books are great for kids and adults alike - I’m currently building up my book collection on my bookcase and these are really eyecatching.

This is the second Mina Lima book I've bought as a gift for a child and they are so beautiful! They're the kind of books that will be cherished forever and passed down in families. Worth every penny.

Lovely book, stunning illustrations and lovely little extra special pages to open up. 9 year old I bought it for loved it, as did her Mum.

This feels too good for kids. It is the classic story but enhanced with gorgeous stylised illustrations. Each chapter has a special extra such as pull out pop up sections, sliding sections, spinning sections, post cards and journal sections protected by loose paper protective layers. It is really well thought out but feels like it needs care to look through. We favour reading a free digital kindle and looking through this together after reading. Lovely book.

This review is more about the book itself rather than the story. I couldn't write words to describe how amazing all Kipling's stories are. The book is beautiful. Wonderful illustrations,lovely little added bonuses likes maps and pull out pictures but all done in the style of the era the book was written in. Bought it as a present and about to buy it again for myself. More that a book,defiantly worth buying if it is for a gift. Excellent quality and looks like it's more expensive than it is.

The first Jungle Book - classic stories in a beautifully made and illustrated edition. Lots of little inclusions or fold outs to add interest (although vulnerable to little fingers). Looks like it should last a lifetime.

This is one of the most beautyful books I've ever seen. I bought as a present and I'm getting one for me as well. The cover has a fabrix texture, the illustations are really really amazing and it has many suprises within. A great present for sure! Totally recomended!

This book came in a lovely condition. The dosing is absolutely beautiful and the words are very clearly written. It’s simply for all ages

I honestly don’t know how this is 18 dollars. It’s gorgeous. The illustrations and things added in makes the book come alive. The cover has a cloth hardcover and the printing on the front is embossed with some gold, not just printed on like some books I received from other companies. It’s possible it’s cheaper because some people might not enjoy the add ins.. as that can disrupt their rhythm of reading through. But I like it because it forces me to slow down and take my time enjoying it.

Nicely illustrated and still inspires the imagination of younger readers even after a century since being published.

The book is beautiful, only 4 stars because packaging didn't protect the book correctly and it arrived damaged on the corners and the plastic wrapping was also damaged
