It is very good product. I have been using it going up/down stairway very well for 2 months. And there is no any defective. It is well make, sturdy. and good quality. I feel use it carefully, it can last for years.

The Stair Climbing Cane has been somewhat helpful, but it’s not quite what I expected. The concept is great, and it does provide extra support when going up and down stairs, especially for those with limited mobility. However, it’s a bit bulkier and heavier than I anticipated, making it somewhat difficult to handle. Also, the half-step feature works, but it takes some getting used to and isn’t as smooth as I hoped. It’s a decent aid, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of design and ease of use.

It’s amazing how much of a difference that half step makes in climbing stairs. I love it.

Works great for an extra boost for getting in the car. It’s sturdy enough, but heavy, so getting it into the car once I’ve gotten in difficult.

The item sent was defective, the handle can't tight well with the base, it was sent with completely broken box, no instructions information, all other parts were placed in a used plastic bag, bag was already broken, and the plastic bag that used for packing was very dirty and broken, the item did not seem new, it smell bad too.

Unfortunately I am returning this. I was unable to get the cane stable enough to use. The platform seems like it would work, but because the cane part is wobbly I definitely won't risk a fall to try making this work.

A real life saver for me. I had a stroke and am unable to climb stairs unassisted. With this half step and can I can get up the stairs slowly but safely. I still prefer having someone near me when challenging the stairs but I have a lot more confidence with this half step cane.

It’s impossible to use - more likely to fall with it. Had ordered a return but was not picked up on 29th!

This little wonder has given me my home back. By shortening the tread I can easily and safely get up and down the stairs with one hand on the railing and the other on the cane. The stability it provides is awesome. I sent the info to mum who also has purchased one. I can't recommend this enough for anyone!

Well, because I got a used one, while putting together I thought the main screw in the bottom wouldn't fit. I couldn't get it screwed in at all. Something was blocking it. In instructions it says, comes with 2 sets of screws. Mine did not (used). Finally I found another main screw already screwed into pole. I removed it and managed to assemble effectively. I have not tried it yet. When I do, I'll be very cautious but I'm sure it will help me on the stairs. Slow and easy and safe.

This allows me to use our stairs now. I have gained some freedom. Very easy to use.
