Once cured, it can be sanded, painted, and drilled, making it perfect for professional-grade restoration and bonding tasks. ## Description VIKEYTIM epoxy putty is available in 3 colours, black, white and brown. It can be applied to repair scenarios with different colour requirements. 2 components individually designed for longer lasting preservation as well as easier dosage selection. Easy to use, repairs and rebuilds broken items in no time at all. Effectively helps to repair and bond items, saving on expensive replacements and professional repairs. 1. Ensure that the bonded position is clean and free from water and grease. If the surface to be repaired is smooth, it is advisable to sand it with the aid of sandpaper and other tools to facilitate the adhesion of the epoxy putty to the rough surface. 2. The epoxy putty has a transparent protective film on the surface. Cut out the amount you need according to the 1:1 ratio between component A and component B, then remove the protective film from the surface. 3. Knead the two components together, making sure to mix until the colour is consistent. The mixing process will take 2-3 minutes and will be slightly hot when fully mixed. 4. The kneaded epoxy putty is then filled into the damaged area, pressing hard at the edges to ensure a firm bond. 1 hour for initial cure, 24 hours for full cure. In an environment of 0-10 degrees Celsius, paste products will experience varying degrees of hardening. If you feel a noticeable degree of hardening after receiving the product, you can leave the unopened product in a warm place for 1-2 days, such as an air-conditioned room or a room with heating. Then judge the softness by kneading, and then mix and repair. The treated epoxy putty will not affect its effectiveness. 1. There are two parts in the pack, part A black (resin) and part B white (hardener), each with a capacity of 60 g. It is recommended to knead in several equal parts, as it is difficult to mix evenly when kneading at once. 2. We have tried to use gloves, but loose gloves will make it more difficult to knead. If required, it can be fixed with the help of pliers, tape or clips etc. The curing time will be extended if the coating is thick, or if the ambient humidity is high and the temperature is low. 5. If you are sensitive to odours, it is advisable to use epoxy putty in a ventilated environment. 6. For materials such as PP, PE, PTFE or silicone, the surface should be abraded before repair. 7. It is recommended to use the mixed epoxy putty as soon as possible. The unused portion should be kept airtight and sealed at room temperature and dry. Please note that both open and unopened epoxy putty will harden slowly over time, so use it as soon as possible to obtain better results. 8. I used the putty to reshape the sides.The putty was malleable. I made it into sausage shapes and stuck it piece by piece either side of the remaining part of the wheel and then moulded it into shape.
