The green tea scrub has little micro beads that may irritate your skin if used everyday. It's a moderate scrub and their oatmeal version is a more softer scrub. I believe the blackhead clearing scrub is mainly for blackheads and the blemish control is more for pimples. I exfoliate about twice a week.
