Very nice, my previous cable (different one) was kinked so I was looking something much more structurally sound and sturdy. This is exactly what I needed. The signal is clear and it aligns perfectly.

I went through so much trying to get my new G9 OLED to work without flickering, I noticed before upgrading from my original G9 there was some very slight flickering once in a blue moon on the screen. Not enough to replace the cable. However when I upgraded to the new OLED panel, the flickering was unbearable. I dropped the refresh rate down to 60hz on the same cable that was running 240hz on my VA panel G9. That was the only thing I could do to make the OLED monitor usable before replacing the old display port cable with this one from Silkland. I spent hours and hours trying to troubleshoot what the cause of flickering was. How come it was no where near as bad on my original G9. I updated the bios, the drivers, the firmware, the monitor etc. I almost did a hard reset on my PC. I knew it had to be either the cable or the PC/card due to the fact that I have an M2 Mac studio that works perfectly fine via USB C to DP on this OLED monitor. I knew the monitor was good. My only hope was to upgrade to a different cable, I tried all of my older ones, they were a no go. So I came across this Silkland brand. I needed 10ft, most will say anything above 6ft is a problem. If that was the case then why sell anything above that length.. The cable came in this morning. I immediately swapped the cable and it was an instant improvement. 240hz on my RTX 4090 with the Samsung G9 OLED. Mind you I had 240hz on my oringinal Samsung G9 Odyssey with the older DP cable same length. My only gripe is that this cable is expensive considering I do not see anyhere stating that it is Vesa certified. I get it though, inflation, shipping cost, etc etc. But this was a good investment if it makes it through the next 4 years. I may just purchase another one, we will see how this one holds for a few months. Either way it is a solid cable, tough as nails, and works. I am happy with the purchase.

I was quite doubtful about ordering this as there are/could be false 2.1 cables out there. Fortunately, this one is the real deal and I've VERY happy that I got it (fast shipping!). I got this late August, so I'll update my review a month or two later to see if it still holds up. But anyways, I want to share this small tid bit of info for those who may think that this wire doesn't work or is doubtful about purchasing it. This is from my own experience: I have a Samsung dual 57" Odyssey Neo G9 monitor and my graphics card is a RTX 5060. At first installment, I remained at 120Hz as I was stuck at selecting either 60 or 120. I tried going into NVIDIA's setting to see if I can make any changes. Same issue. Lastly, I went to the monitor's settings and realized that I had to go to "Game<Refresh Rate" and set the Hz from there in order for the graphics card to pick up on it. I got my 239.99Hz.... but there was a catch. I had to downgrade from my usual 7680 x 2160 to 5120 x 1440 in order to get that option. I didn't like that I had to downgrade as it felt like going from a Playstation 5 to a Playstation 2. So I tinkered around looking at the other options on my monitor until I went into "Display< DisplayPort Ver." and saw that I had to select 2.1 connection. And lo- I got my maximum resolution AND the 240Hz (not 239.99). There is a nice difference (in my opinion and experience) in picture quality, particularly while gaming. TL;DR Checklist: Check to see if your graphics card is 2.1 compatible If applicable, Check your monitor's settings and change: - The Refresh Rate (Hz) settings - Display cord type settings You may have to sort things out via windows, but nonetheless, you WILL receive whatever your monitor's maximum refresh rate is! It's easy street from there. I hope this review helps!

I bought it last year on May for my Odyssey G50A (2k @165hz) with rtx 3060. It worked great. I got full refresh rate and good quality video. But after exactly a year, I started seeing small white line on my screen and sometimes even black spots appear here and there while i was playing games and watching movies. After a few days, my fps was capped at 120hz only. At first I thought it was my GPU driver issue and I rollback previous version. Still didn't work. My friend suggested me to test with another DP cable and boom it works again at 165hz with HDR turn on (forget to mention it was capped at 60hz with HDR on before ). So yeah the product worked well for about a year. I would say it is not bad with the price you paid for. Just don't expect to be last for long. I will give 4 stars.

Have this in the home office set up. Works perfectly, no complaints. Really like that they come in different sizes so you can get just what you need to connect without having tons of excess cords.

I'm one week in, and I have no complaints so far. I will update if anything changes. I needed slightly longer cables than I had previously (3ft Club3D DP1.4) in order to connect my desktop PC to my KVM. All 3 of my displays have the same cable going from the KVM (6ft Ivanky DP1.4). I was going to buy more of those cables because, well... they work. They're a bit thick, though, and with my cable race under my desk, it's a bit of a pain to work with them. I initially used some random unbranded DP cables I had sitting around, but that was causing some flickering on one of my displays. After replacing those with these Silkland cables, all flickering has ceased. I have yet to have any issues with these cables. One thing that I appreciate is that I still seem to have a solid signal despite these cables being far thinner than offerings from other brands. I only really need 4ft or so to accomplish my task, and thankfully, these are flexible enough that I can stuff them into my cable race and not think about it. Overall, the cable feels good quality-wise. The metal housing around the end bits adds a bit of quality to them versus something plastic. The cable is decently flexible and on the thinner side compared to some of the other brands out there. My only complaint would be that these do not have the "teeth" that other DP cables generally have. If these continue to be solid, I'll consider making this my main cable brand. Hopefully, they have everything I need going forward.

Qualité de fabrication : La tresse est dense et solide, les connecteurs dorés inspirent confiance, et les embouts en aluminium ne font pas cheap du tout. On est loin des câbles livrés avec les écrans. Le câble reste souple malgré son blindage, ce qui facilite le passage en gestion de câbles. Performances : Certifié VESA DisplayPort 2.1, il tient ses promesses : 4K@240Hz stable, aucun artefact, aucune perte de signal, HDR parfaitement reconnu. Le FreeSync et G-Sync fonctionnent sans manipulation particulière. Pour du gaming compétitif ou de la création, c’est du sans-faute. Verdict : Rapport qualité/prix imbattable pour ce niveau de certification. Choix d’Amazon mérité.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem DisplayPort-Kabel. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig und die Stecker sitzen fest und sicher, ohne zu wackeln. Die Bildübertragung ist einwandfrei – gestochen scharf und absolut stabil, auch bei hohen Auflösungen und Bildwiederholraten. Besonders beim Gaming macht sich das bemerkbar, da alles flüssig läuft und keine Aussetzer auftreten. Auch die Länge von 2 m ist praktisch und bietet genug Spielraum beim Anschließen. Ein kleiner Pluspunkt ist die solide Abschirmung, wodurch es zu keinen Störungen kommt. Insgesamt alles wie beschrieben – klare Kaufempfehlung!
