Has the formulation changed on this shampoo? I received a bottle that had the protective seal completely unsealed and it didn’t look the same.

I received a fake product while out of town, away from my salon for a few months I confirmed this by sending pictures back and forth with my hair dresser. The orange bottle of daily shampoo should have pearly, milky, lightly scented, thick liquid in it. What I received was a bottle with a broken seal, not full and with CLEAR liquid in it.

Can I get information about manufacture and expiration date? On the bottom of the shampoo, there are some numbers. It says 417 / 11322 / 126.

The numbers refer to the batch and "born on" date, this was made early 2022. Loma products are generally good 24 months after opening.

Does loma daily shampoo strip permanent hair color?

This is a clarifying shampoo but no, it will not strip color—all LOMA products are color-safe!
