Superb Portable Air Conditioner Window Kit - Upgraded Sliding Window Vent Kit with 2-in-1 Coupler (5.1"/5.9"), Filter(for 5.1" Hose Only), Adjustable AC Window Kit (from 17” to 61”)

I bought a used ac unit and the person no longer had the window kit. This works great in fact all the given pieces put together was to much for my window.

Better than most. I have a Whynter portable air conditioner with the two hoses, one intake and one exhaust. A set of two of these did the trick, with a little adjusting. Most important, both size adapters, had a oval opening at the vent contrary to others that claimed so, but for the 5.9 (the larger) hose only had a circular opening. Two sets allowed me to use a sliding door a little bit taller than 90 inches the thickness of the baffle was insufficient to fit in my rails, so on the outside I had to bridge the gap with two pieces of half inch electrical conduit that snapped in place. You can see the gray parts in one of the pictures. Not perfect, but workable. I had to return four Lesser adapters that notwithstanding all promises turned out to be unworkable.

Pulled out my portable ac and couldn’t find the hardware. Luckily I found this set and it worked perfectly

OK, I thought one of the portable AC Units I bought did NOT come with a hose and kit so I go this kit which I thought had a hose, it didn't.Then when I received the AC Unit I found it DID come with the hose and kit but other than the hose this kit was better. You can actually make it completely airtight. The window air kit is especially attractive and fits really well.Glad I got it.

My wife was gifted an old air conditioning unit from a neighbor to help cool our bedroom during the hot summer months when the sun shines directly into it during the afternoon. The air conditioning unit itself is in pretty good condition, but the tube that connects it to the window and the window cover itself has it seen better days. We didn’t even know that you could buy replacement parts until we saw this product. We immediately jumped on the chance to replace the old window parts of the AC, and are extremely pleased with this replacement set. It fits perfect and we were able to throw away the old set. Great if you are looking to replace old parts.

These AC window inserts were just what I needed to tighten up around my old AC’s exit spot. It came with a bunch of pieces so you could theoretically use it for multiple windows in your house if you needed to. The piece I needed most was the big insert and it fit my AC’s hose as expected. They feel solid and will definitely hold up over time. I would recommend them.

I was frustrated when I purchased a Honeywell portable air-conditioner and the window kit did not fit my window. The Angooni kit came to the rescue!The sliding length plate is made of very solid plastic with good connections between segments. I appreciate the kit came with plenty of sealing tape.Though Honeywell was not mentioned in the listing I took the risk that it was compatible. The Honeywell has a 5.9" exhaust hose. The hose did not fit because the Angooni screw connector was going in the wrong direction, fortunately duct tape came to the rescue. (see photos) Worked like a charm.I just need a security bar to push the window against the seal plates and the installation will be complete.

The Angooni portable air conditioner window kit works as expected. It sets up relatively easily and stays put. I would recommend doing a trial install to make sure everything is in place before tightening the nuts and putting any tape or insulating tape on. The item is very similar to other window kits in its functionality and is good. Also, keep an eye out for dimensions and sizes because that is what matters most with any of these window kits. If the dimensions don’t match or the hose exhaust is not the correct size, no window kit will work without some modification. A kit like this is essential if you are using a portable air conditioner. Great for replacing older window kits and for using as new.
