Exwell Ratchet-Action Terminal Crimping Tool

Actually better than I expected, only does up to blue size crimps but that isn't the fault of the tool, mine for not looking, still a good tool to have in my kit though, would order again from seller.

Crimping tool is of OK build quality, however it is not capable of crimping the crimps provided. I have used with bootlace crimps and it was fine but is useless to use with crimps provided, when tug testing the conductors will easily pull out. I have tried both blue and red crimps also with different size of conductors all with the same result, a loose fitting crimp. Would recommend spending more money and getting one of better quality, this tool is only of use to me if I am using bootlace crimps.

Perfectly functional, fiddly adjustment on close setting needing a screwdriver. Used for making up LED wiring loom for motorbike.

Crimping tool does not work well. It only works enough to hold the crimp on the wire.I had to finish the crimp off using a hammer and piece of metal so that the wire didn't slip out of the crimp.As you see in the photo, the red gap is not small enough to fix the red crimp to the 1.5mm wire.

Bought these for a classic car restoration - Works fine in crimping small gauge wire crimps. Cheap and cheerful toolbox accessory.
