First I should mention that their customer service is great as long as the chair is under warranty. However, the tray underneath my chair cracked where the gas lift enters. I've only had this chair for about 2 years and 9 months, what confuses me is on the website it states their warranty is 5 years for defective parts and workmanship... a tray having a crack in under 3 years for a chair that costs over 400 dollars is not normal wear and tear.
