This barley looks like wheat, as brown protective cover is there. Hulled barley is good for heath benefits also taste better than Pearled Barley ( Processed to remove brown Protective cover ) 2 Long Term Second Review I was advised to increase my protein intake by physician,taking vegetarian diet one gets less protein than RDA ( required daily allowance ).
