Like the taste and mixes well with water
I enjoy a good meal replacement shake or smoothie so was keen to give this a try, especially as it is vanilla flavoured, which is my favourite flavour for this kind of thing. Unlike most of the ones I have this one is dairy free, so that was a change, and I was fine with it.- Really liked the vanilla flavour. It wasn't over powering or artificial.- I liked the sweetness as it wasn't over the top.- Mixed with water really well.- It is dairy free, which is good for lactose intolerant people or anyone like me who is just cutting back on dairy.- Has a low glycaemic index- Includes essential minerals and vitamins- Roughly 15g of protein per serving.- Low in calories at about 150 calories per serving, which can be a good thing if you'r counting the calories, but might not fill you if you're bulking up.I really like it. I don't think I will use it as an actual meal replacement, but more of a post work-out snack or if I get hungry between meals and want to avoid unhealthy snacks.

ffective for Calorie Control,
As an Amazon Vine reviewer who has tested this meal replacement shake, I found it to be a helpful tool for weight management, particularly as a lunchtime meal substitute. The shake mixes easily, creating a smooth texture without lumps, which significantly enhances the drinking experience. Its formulation provides essential vitamins and minerals, helping to maintain nutritional balance while reducing calorie intake. However, I noticed that while it helps with calorie control, it may not fully satisfy hunger for everyone. The vanilla flavor is pleasant and not overly sweet, making it palatable for regular consumption. The powder's versatility allows for mixing with various liquids or adding to other foods, increasing its usability. The high cost per serving (over £2) is a notable drawback, potentially making it less accessible for long-term use. Additionally, at only 150 calories per serving, it may be too low in calories to serve as a complete meal replacement for some individuals.Overall, while effective for controlled calorie intake and nutrient supplementation, this shake works best as part of a balanced diet plan rather than a standalone meal replacement. Its high price and low calorie content suggest it might be more suitable as an occasional supplement or for short-term use under proper nutritional guidance.Cop

Nice tasting Vanilla flavor shake, Low GI complex and dairy free.
I havent actually tried a meal replacement before, I am more looking for less complex foods to try and thin out my diet a bit. I generally find food quite complicated, gym wise I struggle to stay on the right food path too. The Nutri Advanced ultra meal is more of a replacement, but its the dairy free and low gi aspect that i am curious about. The pack provided is enough for 16 meals, comes in vanilla and mixes fairly well. It does benefit from cold water for taste reasons, but thorough mixing makes it much more tasty. it can feel a bit powdery if you dont mix it properly, but tastes nice, not too sweet. I prefer less sweet anyway. It contains a lot of for your daily meal replacement in terms or vitamin and mineral replacements, everything from A-D so it covers quite a bit, carbs it has around 20g per meal so thats not bad. I like the dairy free aspect, suitable for people with intolerance or possibly stomach issues, so should sit a bit better for meal times too, Diabetics generally also benefit from low gi meals where possible, (less sugar and slow carbs etc), so its a useful thing to try. It also contains around 15g of protein per meal too, so its helpful if you are going into the gym.Pros: Dairy free, low carb, low gi, lots of vitamin supplement per meal, vanilla flavor, easy to make.Cons: Must be mixed properly, otherwise can be powdery, 16 servings based on 2 scoops.

expensive, more as a protein shake than a meal replacement..
first of all, the instructions for use make this drink very sweet and sugary. It tastes with lots of little fructose granules in your mouth, but mixes well and easy with water...I add a little more water to make it less sweet. As for its main function as a meal replacement, i dont think this powder has fulfilled its mission well enough. It does make you full just a little but this is not an apple-to-apple substitution and should not be viewed as such, i.e this powder vs proper cooked meal. This powder is goof before and after the gym when you dont have an extra 30 min - 1hr to cook a quick meal and you would have this powder just to last a little before the meal. The vanilla flavour is good but i would not overuse this product. It is just good as a protein powder product rather than an actual meal replacement powder. Also, the price bites for only 14 servings... The ingredients list is quite rich and long...

Tasty and Filling Meal Replacement
This High Protein Meal Replacement Nutritional Powder is a great option for those looking for a dairy-free, low glycaemic index meal replacement. The vanilla flavor is smooth and not overly sweet, making it enjoyable to drink. With 14 servings in a 630g container, it provides a solid source of protein while keeping you full for hours. The only slight downside is that it can be a bit grainy if not blended thoroughly. Overall, it's a convenient and healthy option for a quick, nutritious meal!
